Registration System Provincial Training

We are delighted that the numbers are increasing every day through our new Online Registration System. Following a Central Council meeting last week it was requested to organise four Provincial Training evenings as we are coming into the busy registration season for many clubs for the month of May. The focus of this training will be on using the Servasport Registration system. This will take you step by step through the registration process once you have accessed the system.

 

We would appreciate if you can forward this to all your clubs and the relevant people in the clubs.

 

The venues below had to be selected due to wifi requirements for the training evenings.

 

The following are the dates and venues:

 

Thursday 15th May     Munster Venue: Castletroy Hotel, Limerick

Thursday 15th May    Connacht Venue: McWilliam Hotel, Claremorris

Monday 19th May      Ulster Venue: Armagh City Hotel, Armagh

Monday 19th May      Leinster Venue: Canal Suite 2, Level 5, Croke Park

All Trainings will take place at 8pm

 

Steps before Training

It is essential that all clubs have completed the following steps prior to attending this training:

 

1. I have set up the club PayPal account and the account is verified •

 

2. I have accessed the club Servasport account using my log in details •

 

3. I have paid my initial set up fees (€30 & 150 All Ireland Levy) •

 

If you have any problems with the above steps please contact our office on 01 8363156 or email maire@ladiesgaelic.ie prior to the training evening.

 

Please also bring your laptop, if available, and your club Servasport log in details with you on the night to allow you to access to the system while in attendance. Your laptop should be fully charged as there will not be power outlets available.

 

How do I register for the Training?

If you would like to avail of this training please complete the  form with details required and return to info@ladiesgaelic.ie by this Monday 12th May. Please note that booking is essential as we need to confirm all numbers in advance. These will be the only training dates available and if you are not available to attend in your own province please feel free to attend in one of the other venues.
