Sligo Ladies County Board Weekly Notes 3rd August 2014 Its qualifier round for the Sligo Ladies as they take on London in St Peregrines GAA grounds, Dublin on the 9th August at 2pm. There are past Sligo County Players playing for the London side which will give it added excitement with the Gormley sisters Noelle and Aine having to face each other for the first time in their career. All support is greatly appreciated. Championship fixtures have been circulated to all clubs and some groups have commenced games. We wish all clubs the very best and look forward to the games. U13, U15, & U17 Development Training is due to start mid august (dates and venue to be confirmed due to the Fleadh) “Interested players” are asked to send their names to your club managers while the “Club Managers” are asked to forward players names to the co-ordinator, Paul Healy on 087 6413326. The LGFA are looking for Volunteers for their annual events the All Ireland 7’s competition on Saturday 27th September at Naomh Mearnóg & St. Sylvester’s Gaa Clubs, Dublin and The National Gaelic4Mothers&Others Blitz Day will take place on Saturday 18th October at the same location.
