TESCO PPS Results

Glenamaddy and Coláiste Dún Iascaigh served up a classic encounter as the Galway side held on to win by a single point on a scoreline of 4:05 to 3:07. The young Dún Íascaigh side were returning to the final for the second year but it was again to be defeat although, such is their quality and youth they will surely feature again in the future.

Loreto St. Michael’s produced a brilliant display to defeat St. Brigid’s Convent of Mercy in the TESCO PPS Senior B Final although Bridgid’s did rally and give Loreto a real scare but they did hold on to claim the title on a 5-13 to 2-11 scoreline with Stacey Grimes named as the Player of the Match

Cross and Passion from Kilcullen edged out an exciting encounter against Davitt College in a high scoring encounter. The teams went in at half time 4:06 to 4:05 in favour of Cross and they held on to that lead right up until the final whistle as the second half was a much tighter affair with the final score ending 4-12 to 4-09.
