Vhitality Women’s Health Roadshow Comes to Cork

 

Vhitality is a joint initiative
between Vhi Healthcare and Ladies Football Cork Ladies Football
captain, Juliet Murphy and Tom Hennessy, Vhi Healthcare Client
Relationship Manager for Munster announced the details of
the Munster Vhitality Evening on women’s health at the Ultimate
Woman gym in Ballincollig.

The Munster Vhitality evening will be held on Wednesday 18th
April in the Clarion Hotel on Lapps Quay at 6.30pm. Vhitality
is a nationwide series of information evenings hosted by Vhi
Healthcare and the Ladies Gaelic Football Association, which
aim to provide insights into how women can improve their overall
health, fitness and diet. Tips will also be given on how to
minimise stress and achieve a better work / life balance.

Guest speakers will include experts on nutrition, stress,
fitness and a representative from the Irish Cancer Society.
These evenings will appeal to all women who are interested
in their overall well-being as well as women involved in sport,
coaching or managing teams. Admission to Vhitality is free
however it is advised to book early as places are limited.
