Volunteering Ireland invites all Volunteers in Leinster

Volunteering Ireland invites all Volunteer Co-ordinators
in Leinster

Volunteering Ireland invites all Volunteer Co-ordinators in Leinster
to a regional VOLT networking meeting

The Volunteering Ireland VOLT network (Volunteer Organisers Linking
Together) is the Irish network of volunteer managers, both voluntary
and unpaid, who spend the majority of their time co-ordinating
the work of volunteers. By communicating regularly and pooling
resources, the network aims to:

· Provide mutual support

· Share knowledge and experience about good practice in
volunteer management

· Provide a voice for the volunteer coordinator in Ireland

We would like to invite all volunteer co-ordinators in the Leinster
region to a networking meeting on

Tuesday 27th February 2007

2.00pm to 5.00pm In

The Conference Room, St Francis Hospice, Raheny

This will be a great opportunity to network with other volunteer
coordinators in the region, as well as learn and share information
about best practice in volunteer management. There will be a short
presentation on ‘Cultural Diversity and Volunteering’
followed by a facilitated discussion and ample opportunities for
information sharing, learning and networking!

COST €5 (to be paid at the door on the day)

Free entry to VOLT Members

To book your place please contact Volunteering Ireland on 01
872 2622 or email deirdre@volunteeringireland.ie before Friday
23rd February.

Tea and Coffee will be provided.

Look forward to seeing you there!
