It is particularly suitable for those who have direct responsibility for the recruitment and selection process. By the end of the course you will be able to: Prepare an effective recruitment strategy that reflects the principles of good practice. Design appropriate and meaningful roles for volunteers. Develop and implement fair and effective screening and selection procedures. This unique sessions equips participants to create a work environment in which volunteers are welcomed and valued and make the maximum contribution to the agency. In the session, the instructor will help participants take a holistic approach to the involvement of volunteers, bringing together learning on customer service, leadership, self-esteem, and volunteer-staff relations.
